Tony D'Onofrio established D'Onofrio Advisory in 2017 to assist boards and senior management teams in effectively communicating and best positioning their organizations with shareholders and other key stakeholder groups.  Tony's views are informed by more than 25 years of combined experience in capital markets and corporate governance.  During his career in investment banking, he worked closely with senior management teams and boards of leading public companies.  Since 2010, he has consulted to institutional investors on corporate governance matters and, on their behalf, directly engaged with board members of more than 100 public companies across Canada .
